CANADIAN LOBSTER TAILS

Seacore is featuring some Canadian Lobster Tails this week.  We only source hard shell lobster which from the east coast of Canada.  The reason is that hard shell are usually full of meat where as soft shell are not.  The actual shell or appearance between hard and soft shell is extremely similar but it's when you cook the actual lobster you will see the difference. The meat yield from hard shell lobsters is significantly greater.  We carry a variety of sizes form 2-3oz all the way up to 20-24oz and everything in between.  This week the 2-3oz are on special and will add value to any menu or seafood display.  Try them today and you won't be disappointed!
