Matty’s Seafood hand cut Tuna Poke, starts with sustainably sourced fresh Ahi tuna, combined with edamame, onions, sweet corn, and pineapple. Toss it in their sweet and savoury ponzu sauce, with Togarashi chilli flakes, and toasted sesame seeds. Simple, and delicious!
Simply defrost in the refrigerator or under cool water until thawed, mix the tuna, fruit/veg, and sauce, and you’re ready to go! You can serve over any cooked rice or noodles for a traditional Poke bowl, try it ceviche style with chips or crackers, or even leave it as is, grab a fork (or chopsticks) and dive right in!
