The Savage Blonde Oysters name was developed as a joke at first but one thing for sure is that these oysters are anything but that. Esteemed for their quality, they are cultivated in floating bags in Savage Harbour Bay in PEI. Typically it takes 3 to 4 years to reach harvest size and once ready to harvest, it yields a premium, really clean tasting oyster.
