Acadian Sturgeon ... a Canadian Delicacy!

 

Seacore is proud to work with the artisanal fishery from New Brunswick, Acadian Sturgeon.  Farm raised on the east coast of Canada, the Sturgeon is an excellent fish that has a mild taste and firm texture.  Seacore is featuring Fresh, never frozen before Fillets form the farm.  Farmed properly, the Sturgeon is Ocean Wise recommended too.  Take advantage of this great fish this week as harvesting does not happen every week.  In the off weeks, we do have a frozen fillet available as well.  In addition, we do have caviar, smoked sturgeon and pate  available from Acadian Sturgeon too.
