Seacore's is proud to offer our HOUSECUT Certified Yellowfin Tuna. We fly the tuna in 3 times a week directly from the Philippines to Toronto as whole fish. We only cut the fish once you actually order your tuna loin or portions. What this means is that you will receive the highest quality and freshest Tuna Loin possible. Since we do fly it in practically every other day, there is no need to bathe the tuna in a CO or Oxygen bath. This process was good back in the day when logistics and technology were not up to par. By making partnerships with the Artisanal Fishermen in the Philippines, we can literally guarantee the Tuna is here in Toronto within 48 hours! Also, when our Tuna, that is single hook, handline caught is cut by our expert team, they put the label above on all loins and initial it for approval. Only the best grade, gets this label and initials. We can literally do any type of tuna cut you prefer: Full Loins, Blood Line Out Portions, Skin-on on Portions, Belly Torro and so much more. We custom process everything in House under temperature controlled processes and on demand, thus making it HOUSECUT Certified!
