Seacore is proud to feature some very fresh and high quality fish from Greece this week! We are featuring the European Sea Bass (aka Branzino) and the European Sea Bream (aka Orata) both at a great price of $ 10.97/LB for fillets. Remember that's 100% Net Weight after the fish is cut! We fly the fish in from Greece 3 times a week direct in to Toronto in order to preserve and optimize the freshness. We only source these fish from Greece and have been working with the same farm for over 15 years now. There is a difference between the Greek product and the other product in the market from Turkey or Spain. The Greece quality can not be beat!
